I have been doing really well with exercising every day, however, I’m getting a little sick of my weekend workouts. It’s winter, so I’m limited to indoor at-home workouts. All I have right now is Jillian Michael’s 30-Day Shred. I love it, don’t get me wrong, but I need a few others that I can switch in here and there. This is where you come in. Do you have any good work-out videos that you recommend? I also like to do videos in the morning before work, so if you have any suggestions for good (meaning I will SWEAT), 30 minutes or less workouts please feel free to suggest!
